Receptionist / Sales Department Administration

Responsible for answering and directing all inbound calls. Will ensure that every inbound call is properly directed to requested department. As the first individual customers see and communicate with, profession appearance and communication required at all times. Exceptional customer relationship skills are required and will be the standard. Customer service if of the utmost priority and conveying that to customers is key. Must keep accurate directory on hand every shift. Email directory changes to managers. Greet customers that enter showroom. Administrate duties regarding inventory will be presented by management.
